ECS was founded in Pointe-Noire, Congo-Brazzaville, with a single focus: to deliver world-class welding and industrial services to the oil and gas operators driving Central Africa's energy sector.
What started as a specialist welding workshop has grown into a full-service industrial contractor, trusted by some of the region's most prominent energy companies, including Perenco, TotalEnergies PC, and CDES.
From our base in Pointe-Noire, the industrial and energy capital of Congo, we operate across the full project lifecycle, from initial fabrication and construction through to ongoing maintenance and emergency response.

Design & Fabrication Atelier
Before any work begins on site or in the workshop, it begins in our design atelier. ECS operates a dedicated engineering space where technical drawings, fabrication plans, and project specifications are developed, reviewed, and validated by our team of engineers and draughtsmen.
This is where precision is built into a project from the very start. Structural drawings, piping isometrics, fabrication details, every document that guides our work is produced in-house, giving us full control over quality and accuracy at every stage.
We are currently pursuing formal certification of our design atelier, bringing our engineering process in line with the most rigorous international standards in the industry.
